We scan and alert you if your site goes down, so we can try and get it up again before anyone notices.

We back your site up weekly and store backups for up to 90 days on an independent server to get you back up and running as soon as possible if your site goes down.

FAQ
What kinds of websites can you service?
We service WordPress sites from anywhere in the world. The only sites we can’t serve are ones that have had source core or plugin code altered, sites that promote illegal activities, and sites that we are otherwise prevented from servicing by law. We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.
What are your hours?
We operate during normal working hours in New Zealand.
How long will it take for content tasks to be completed?
Within 2 working days.
What kinds of tasks are included in the support plan?
We can make content updates (such as adding a blog post, changing copy), install new plugins, alter forms. Content tasks don’t include website development and creation. So for example, for copy edits you must provide the copy – we don’t write it for you. If you’re not sure you can always ask and we’ll let you know.
Can you guarantee my site won't get hacked or go down?
No, but if something does happen to your site we will get your site back up and running as soon as we can.
Do you have discounts for multiple sites?
Yes – you can enquire with us directly.
What currency do you use?
All care plan prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
